E For Egg

After a day of exploring the nearby heritage trail on a hot day, E for Egg (Tai Wai) proved to be the perfect retreat to cool down and refresh. Their specialty drinks did not disappoint and truly hit the spot. We ordered the pistachio tofu matcha and espresso egg coffee, both of which were deliciously unique and beautifully crafted. The flavors were well-balanced, offering a refreshing twist that was both satisfying and invigorating. The ambience of the cafe was inviting, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment to unwind. Service was attentive; the staff was prompt and courteous, ensuring our water glasses were consistently refilled without needing to ask. Overall, E for Egg delivered a memorable and enjoyable experience with standout drinks and excellent service. It’s an ideal spot to escape the heat and indulge in innovative beverages in a welcoming setting.

This hidden gem cafe is so cute and cozy. Love there toast box so………much, really yummy. And their waffle is a must-tried dessert too! Tasty and lovely too.

Interesting place to try with egg themed lunches, some other items as well as a signature waffle dessert series that Instragramers seem to love. Had a good scrambled egg, mushroom and cheddar cheese stuffed, toasted sandwich with a bit of truffle recently. Would happily reorder. Also tried their pistachio latte. It was very busy with ingredients and appearance, a bit of an overkill in taste but interesting to look at. Would go with a simpler drink next time around. A neat place that makes for a fun lunch spot in Tai Wai. Interestingly, they just opened a second branch in Sheung Wan if you want to try them there.
